What is an active user?
An active user is your current employee to whom you decided to give access to the platform. However, the user licenses are not tied to the person, so if one employee leaves the company, his license can be re-used for a different one. If you're working with many seasonal employees, you can "freeze" their profile and activate it again once they're back to work.
How does pricing works?
Your subscription is for an annual plan based on the number of users you need. Please note, we do not offer a monthly pricing plan - prices are shown as monthly for comparison purposes only.
Are the features the same for each pricing tier?
Yes, all features are included in each pricing tier. Whether buying 10 or 500 user licenses, you get the whole package with access to all 300+ training and compliance modules.
Are onboarding fees required?
Yes, onboarding fees are required. It is a one-time cost for setting up your company on the platform and onboarding your first users. No additional onboarding fees apply after the initial setup.
Is implementation support required?
No, implementation support is an additional service available to our customers.
Is it possible to add users during the annual period?
Yes, you can add more users whenever you like. Simply get in touch with your designated contact person, and we will add additional users at the discount rates shown in the table above (see Additional Users Per User Per month). When your subscription is due for renewal, we will contact you to discuss the best deal for your company.
Can I try it out before I make a purchase?
You can download the aQuiRe™ app and use the demo account login to give it a try before you make a decision. The free trial only includes the mobile app. To book a demo of our Business Portal software, don't hesitate to contact our sales team.
