Empowering the Next Generation of Construction Professionals

Our 8-week workforce development program is designed to prepare individuals for entry-level positions in construction. With a blend of hands-on training and innovative digital learning through the aQuiRe Construction Academy app, participants gain the skills and certifications needed to launch a successful career in the construction industry. (No prior experience or education is required—just a strong work ethic and a commitment to building a brighter future.)


Comprehensive Training for Real-World Success

Our hybrid training model combines 90+ hours of online learning with multiple in-person sessions, certifying participants in OSHA 10, Aerial Lift awareness, and Workzone Traffic Control (Flagger), just to name a few. From highway operations to emerging green industries, our curriculum covers essential technical skills, safety protocols, and soft skills like job readiness, financial literacy, and Construction Math. 


Proven Results, Real Impact

In 2024 alone, we successfully trained and graduated 255 participants, with 54% securing employment in the construction industry. Our partnerships with 25+ employers, direct-entry union opportunities, and ongoing job placement support ensure our graduates are set up for long-term success. With the aQuiRe Academy app, participants have access to career empowerment resources and a mentor network for one to two years post-graduation.

Our instructors are OSHA-certified subject matter experts who bring real-world experience to the classroom. Through our aQuiRe Academy app, participants access over 350 high-quality video modules, filmed on-site with industry professionals. These micro-learning modules break down complex techniques into easy-to-understand steps, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.

From orientation to job placement, our program is designed to guide participants every step of the way. With resume-building workshops, mock interviews, and exclusive job fairs, we ensure our graduates are job-ready. Our partnerships with the Department of Transportation, Department of Labor, and private contractors open doors to meaningful career opportunities in the construction industry.
