02 The Dashboard
The Dashboard is displayed on the homepage after you log into your Business Admin account. It provides a high-level summary of your organization’s user activity on aQuiRe.
User Engagement
The bar graph at the top represents three user metrics over a specified date range:
You can choose the date range the usage data pulls from. The default date range is your organization’s “All Time” usage. The other blue buttons represent the latest week, month, quarter, or year. You can also select a custom date range.
Trends
Below the User Engagement graph you can see some organizational trends for the date you selected. This includes:
You can also see who your most active individual users are during the selected period:
Recently Published
At the bottom of the dashboard is a list of the new training modules that have been recently published. To view or assign one of these modules, click the blue “Go to Training Library” button (top right of screen) and navigate to the module in question.
My Dashboard
Some users may have access to additional analytics showing greater detail of usage and trends. If applicable, you will find the My Dashboard menu tab directly below the Dashboard tab.
