05 Viewing and Assigning Surveys
aQuiRe’s Standards Logging feature is a substantial upgrade from the endless sheets of paper that are often misplaced, hard to read, and untrackable. aQuiRe users can fill out Standards Logging surveys on a one-time or recurring basis for anything from machine daily inspection checklists, safety audits, meeting attendance forms, and certification trackers. All of your surveys can be previewed and assigned using the Business Admin. The following article will guide you through the process in a few simple steps.
To Identify and View a Survey
1. Once you are signed into the Business Admin, select Survey Library in the menu under Standards Logging.
2. There are two ways to search for the survey you are looking for in the Survey Library:
3. A list of relevant surveys will appear on the page. Click on the survey title below the thumbnail. This will open the survey detail page where you can preview the survey description and questions.
To Assign A Survey
1. From the Survey Library page, select the survey you want to assign by clicking the check box in the top left corner of the thumbnail. You can select as many surveys as you want to assign.
2. Click the red Send Assignments button on the bottom right of the page.
4. Select which individual users and/or groups you want to assign the survey(s) to.
5. Hit the Send Assignments button.
