  • Training Video.  This can be downloaded or played at full screen resolution for showing to live audiences.
  • Resources.  If the module contains resources, these can be viewed at full screen resolution. Right clicking on the module will give you additional options for saving the resource to your device.

3. An “Assign Skill Module” window will appear in the middle of your screen. Select either the Recurring Module or Single Module button. (You’ll be using the Single Module button most often)

  • Single Modules notify the user of the assignment immediately. This is what you will likely select most of the time.
  • Recurring modules are set up to automatically notify the user to complete the training on a scheduled frequency. For example, you may want to set up a yearly safety refresher to your full time employees. Alerts for missed assignments can be sent to you and/or the user if desired.

4. Select which Users and/or Groups you want to assign the module(s) to.

5. Hit the Send Assignments button.
